Sample, tooling, packaging, and freight costs are separate from the sourcing fee. The proposal sets out the scope, cost assumptions, and what needs approval before spending.
What does a sourcing project cost?
We quote for the work your product needs. Category, specifications, supplier research, samples, and scope all affect the fee. We agree on deliverables before work starts.
Who owns the factory relationship?
You do. Direct contacts and introductions are part of the engagement. You can continue with the factory independently or bring us in for ongoing support.
Is there a minimum project size?
We assess fit from the work involved. Share your category, estimated quantity, and timing; we’ll discuss whether the scope makes sense.
Do we need a retainer to keep talking to the factory?
No. You retain the direct factory relationship. A retainer covers additional work you want us to do.
